NOTE:

Standard UPS delivery charges excludes furniture, some lighting and or items that require special packaging. Certain items are too large or to heavy for UPS ground therefore will ship by motor freight. Most additional charges will be calculated by your shopping cart or confirmed by e-mail prior to processing your order.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada and all locations outside the continental US are subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified before your order is shipped.

In-stock items are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours by UPS or USPS, and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Products shipped directly from our suppliers may take longer. Out of stock items will usually ship in 2 to 4 weeks. You will be notified via email regarding any backorders and if no response is heard otherwise backorders will ship as soon as they become available. 

Motor Freight Deliveries

 

Standard motor freight is used for larger or heavier items.

These items may require additional handling costs that you will

be notified about when we process your order. The motor carrier

will contact you. prior to delivery. This is a curb side delivery

and you will be required to unload the merchandise and move

it into your home and any assembly that may be required.

NOTE:

If you are not home when the delivery is attempted, you

will incur a re-delivery charge. Please make sure someone is at the

delivery destination to receive the order.

When you Receive Your Merchandise

 

 

 

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Note any damage

on the motor freight co. paperwork and call Cabin Fever

at 828.295.0520 as soon as possible or no later than 3 days to report

any damages.

Freight Damage

 

Your products are insured against freight damage. If freight

damage has been determined, we will either arrange to have

the merchandise repaired to factory new conditions or replaced

at no cost to you as long as you have reported these damages

to us within 3 days.

Return Policy

 

If you wish to return an item, you must first contact Cabin Fever

at 828-295-0520 for return instructions. Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.  Items must be returned within

30 days of purchase in resalable condition and in the same packaging

as received. Please be sure to insure the merchandise as any damage

that may occur in shipping is the responsibility of the buyer until

received by Cabin Fever.

items are NOT returnable.
